I have been in the installation of geomembranes for over 25 years and started as a labourer with SLT / GSE, working my way up the ladder to technician, site manager, projects manager and finally installations manager. In 2006 GSE announced the withdrawal of all installation activity in the UK. With that, I decided to form my own installation company, on the strength and good relationships that I had gained in those former years in the installation of many types of membranes and their applications. In 2007 GB Lining Services Ltd was formed.
I would like to say a Special Thank you to all the contractors and clients alike, for the support and trust that they put in us to deliver and complete the sub-contract works, on budget, on program and above all with personal pride and professionalism, that is second to none. In this age of ever-increasing health and safety regulations, we at GB Linings, have an independent Health and safety consultant, to advise us on any further requirements needed to keep us in line with our statuary obligations.
All our welding staffs are accredited with CSWIP TWI welding certificates, NVQ level 2 for substructure gas membrane installation and also hold CSCS safety cards. Installing geomembranes of all types and for all applications is our business, if you would like a quotation or have any queries, then please feel free to contact us, we will be only too happy to give you as much help as possible. We offer a supply and install, we also offer an install only service. This gives our clients the flexibility to meet their budget requirements. We have an environmental policy and health and safety policy that can be forwarded, once an order is placed.
