These tanks can be sited under car parks, buildings, gardens forecourts etc. We at GB Lining Services Ltd specialise in the installation of the membrane to encapsulate the modules to form a watertight unit together with inlet and outlet pipes.
The service we offer can be for the installation of the membrane only or the installation of the membrane together with the installation of the modules. We also offer a prefabricated service. This allows us to fabricate the membrane to the required size in our workshop, deliver to site and install. This speeds up the install process by approximately 50% thereby allowing the contractor to complete the backfill operations much quicker and lowering the risks associated with open excavations. We offer these services to enable our clients the best possible cost effective solution.
All welding personnel are accredited to TWI welding certification and hold CSCS safety cards. All our installation teams are all experienced in the installation of these geomembranes. All welding and testing is in line with GM19 and all membranes comply with GM 13. All installation activities, membrane placement, weld seams length, locations & test results are documented into a CQA report in accordance with the CQA plan for the main contract and handed to the client at the end of the project.
This package can also be handed to the Environment agency to satisfy their condition. With up to date equipment, experienced technicians, good project management and office contact enables us to complete the project on time and on budget.
